STEP 1.

The first thing you need to do is download and install the software onto your computer.

STEP 2.

Click the "Open Image..." to open the folder.

STEP 3.

Press"Add All" button to choose the all pictures. Or select the image(s) from image list. You can use Shift and Ctrl for multiple selections.Selected images are ready to compress.

STEP 4.

Click the "Presets Editor..." button to set it.

STEP 5.

After you select the images, you have to choose which preset you want to use. And then click "Compress".

STEP 6.

Click "Compress & Send To Email".
